What is the Real Cost of Cosmetic Dentistry?

The True Prices of Cosmetic Dentistry Revealed

I honestly believe that it is stupid to go to a cosmetic dentist and ask him to whiten your teeth and to create the most beautiful white smile on your face without being informed about the prices that you are going to be asked to pay when the work is done. Sometimes, you might not even be in the necessary financial situation to pay the fees, so you better do a little reading about cosmetic dentistry prices before you head to the next dentist on your street or in the town and appeal to their services. The costs of this type of dentistry vary a lot and I believe that being familiar with the approximate bills that you’ll be required to pay, doing a little bit of research won’t hurt. In fact, if you got to my site already, it means that you’ll be prepared to consult your dentist in a few minutes, because we managed to compile all the required resources for those people that are not aware of the true prices of cosmetic dentistry and are looking for ways to discover more. Here you have then, revealed, for free. Enjoy and don’t forget to THANK ME :)

THE COST OF THE TREATMENT – HOW MUCH?

The truth has been revealed. The cost of the treatment is the aspect that bothers most people when it comes to cosmetic dentistry in general. It represents the main thing that tends to put people in positions when taking decisions is not comfortable at all, due to the financial status of each and everyone. However, you don’t have to panic and to lose hope, because one particular required intervention might be quite cheap, and even better, the doctor can offer you a free consultation in order for you to be able to share your “teeth problem” information… and vice versa to receive answers related to the costs. What’s a must to know is that cosmetic dentistry prices vary from doctor to doctor, in dependence of the level of skill attained and of course if it’s a private doctor you are dealing with or a clinic. However, while most of the things that we are talking about here are well known by those of you who had the chance to deal with cosmetic dentistry in the past, beginners have the chance to become informed from scratch, even if not having any previous experience at all.

Why Cosmetic Dentistry Prices are so HIGH?

Before checking what cosmetic dentistry has to offer it would be wise to understand why such procedures as dental implants and veneer installing are the most expensive. And when saying HIGH PRICES I am talking about $3,000 United States Dollars to $4k per ONE SINGLE TOOTH. While in other third world countries (ex Soviet Union Countries) with good specialists, the same operations might cost less, here in USA people are literally ripped off when required to pay $5K for implanting one single false tooth in their mouth. CAN YOU IMAGINE SOMETHING LIKE THIS? I DO – because I have one ;) . Listen up; don’t ever believe those doctors who claim that if you are paying the price of half brand new superbike the porcelain veneers that they install won’t break. To be honest – I don’t doubt about their durability, but I really think that they are not forever and that lifetime guarantee that most dentists are advertising is just a nice joke. Porcelain veneers are not that durable and will break if you don’t attentively take care of them periodically. How to take care of porcelain veneers is a totally different thing and we are going to discuss that in a different post. Cosmetic dentistry prices are high for two main reasons; the first one is the material used to build those veneers or implants; the second represents the difficulty of work that is required to be performed in order for patients to feel teeth-wise once again.

A General Idea of How Much You Should Pay

So, as mentioned before, it’s approximately $3K-$4K USD per one tooth dental implant procedure. When it comes to those “unbreakable” porcelain veneers people usually pay about $500 to $2500 USD PEER VENEER (pay attention – one veneer only!!!). How about the popular whitening of the teeth? Well, in such cases people are expected to pay at least five hundred United States dollars (in the beginning) and approximately twenty Benjamin Franklyn dollar bills in the end. Remember that it all depends on the procedure, the difficulty, the state of your teeth, the level of the doctor’s skill, etc! I don’t exactly know how much they charge for porcelain crowns these days, but I remember that my brother used to go for these for at least eight hundred dollars per crown and he used to install the cheapest available because he had no money at that time. I believe that crowns made of really quality porcelain can be estimated at $1500 without any problems at all.

While our main purpose here is to help people out when trying to figure the exact prices they are going to be required to pay when their teeth repair mission is accomplished, the above mentioned numbers are just rough estimates of the money that you’ll be required to get out of your pocket. Anything close is just a matter of who you are going to be dealing with (the attitude of the specialist).

Stay Away from Low Prices for Cosmetic Dentistry!

Come on guys, let’s face it. COSMETIC DENTISTRY COSTS A LOT. If you want to be able to enjoy your smile and to be proud of the procedures that have been done to you, then you have to pay a decent price, otherwise it won’t work. I honestly recommend most of you to stay away from those clinics that allure you with either huge discounts or extremely low cost cosmetic dentistry because you will stumble upon not the top notch services and quite weak materials as well. Just be wary of too low prices (cause you might be dealing with a discount at a reputable clinic and that is a go for sure without hesitation!). Always make sure that you query the dentist about what is that particular price going to include. Sometimes, it’s just a marketing approach and they tend to allure their clients with really cheap prices, but add a bunch of additional dumb fees afterward. Let’s not waste any more time talking about the dangers of going for really suspicious cosmetic dentistry services. Just make sure it is clear why they charge so much, how are they doing it, what is the level of their skill and what kind of material are they going to use in their work. Be sure you do your research before you get allured in an unpleasant situation.
