I really suggest that you guys think about all these aspects before you decide to experiment with medical tourism, especially in third world countries. I personally have a few friends that live in Italy for example. These guys are not so far away (like 1500 miles) from a country called Republic of Moldova. They afford to get their car (5 persons) filled with gas (that’s approximately $700 USD) and they get going. Besides this, the costs are also low because they have friends there where they can eat and stay overnight. BUT, you must also realize that the practice often called medical tourism is not always about money and saving them. Medical tourism is done because there might activate some better specialists somewhere in the neighborhood that you haven’t heard about or just heard some really nice rumors about their professionalism. That’s why trying to save money on this kind of stuff remains the main priority and so does the practice called medical tourism. So, if you have the possibility to travel to Moldova for example, don’t lose this opportunity because you can get your tooth fixed, replaced and totally repaired ten times cheaper.
